Meares Glacier and other pictures

Hi all, 

Here are  a bunch of pictures I took in the meares glacier tour with the Valdez Spirit.

but like these people I walked up to the glacier

 This in the port of Valdez,  close to here a long time ago a tanker stranded on the rocks. Most is cleaned but still there are area's with polution but there you cannot go

 Funny thing is there is lots of oil at the end of the oil pipeline I payed in valdez the most for the diesel

try to get a picutere of a purpoise, they were playing around the boat,  not a good animal picture but the water spray is nice

 first a cracking sound and then you see some ice comming down.  no big chunks today
