Hi all,
I am now in Vancouver for the last days of my long holiday that is still to short ;-)
This was my last campground spot and from there I returned this really great car. It was really fun to drive and live in it.
I left Whitehorse in this plane. 11 C and raining
and I arrived in Vancouver with 28 C. Practice for getting back home were it could be 38 this weekend when I"m there.
This is the view from my room on the 22 floor. the picture of the skyline is also from my room.
It was strange to see it getting dark after 4 weeks were it stayed light or only just starting to get dark but then already get lighter again.
At 1 at night it was still 24 c and everywhere people sitting on terrasses and inside bars. I have seen last night more people then the previous weeks together I think.
Both have there charmes and a mix is nice. So tonight when I still have my birhtday here I will join nightlife for sure again.

Wow, I am absolutely stunned by these pictures - and your comments made me smile. Some sort of cool to be able to participate virtually. And you have made it to Dawson in Klondike. Really the end of the world ...
I must admit I would not have dared to do such a trip into the wilderness just on my own. So my biggest respect for that !
Hope you had a wonderful time and some great memories that will never fade away.
Now back to Amersfoort and work, but we will try to make your return as easy as possible ;o)
All the best and hope the jetlag will be over soon ! Otherwise Melatonin could help (high dosage) ...
