Finally today internet, for 5 dollar I could use the restaurant/ hotels internet here in eagle plaines. free for guests.

  this is an ice house in tuk.  they used it to store food but most have now a normal freezer.  even for the inuit the times are changing.

@ Corine , I had no license plate but this I brought with me. Feyenoord is everywhere

above 3 different sections of the dempster highway.  it is really great there.  endless views and then suddenly mountains

 In campgrounds in the forrest and other beary pleaces I have this with me. but saw only bears out of the car.

today a grizly but I can't get my old compacflash card reader to work. Will have to find a new one somewhere.

In Inuvik they sell 2gb usb sticks for 25 dollars.  I don't even think we still have them at home. 

At first it might look scary that fot the next 370  you cannot buy / Phone / whatever, but when your car has enough fuel for 650 km,  100 l fresh water, empty grey / black water tank, full fridge with food for a week it is really nothing to worry
